What is Abundance?
Abundance is the future of Progressive politics in America. It is a reimagining of what it means to be a Liberal. It is asking ourselves not what we want the next 4 years to look like, but the next 4 generations look like, and what world we will leave them. Both in the physical sense, and in the values of our society. Our mission is to work with future elected leaders who are focused on building a better world for long after our time. One where equality for all is unquestionable, where we take care of the water, land, and air that gives us life, and where we build caring communities that can endure the challenges of tomorrow. That is Abundance.
My Background
My name is Daniel DeBry and I am a native Utahn and a graduate of the University of Utah. I am the son of a hardworking father who ran his own small business in this state for over 30 years and an immigrant mother who both taught me what makes America the greatest country on Earth. The ability to make your own version of the American Dream come true, as long as you are willing to work for it. And that's why I'm a Progressive. Because I believe in protecting that opportunity, and the rights of my fellow Americans, from interest groups that would sell our future for pennies and try to divide our communities. We will always have more in common than what separates us, and my goal is to help elect leaders that will unite us and protect the rights of all Americans.
My Work
I am a Political Organizer who believes in the proven, grassroots methods of winning elections. I have worked on campaigns for every level of government from county councils to executive councils. From state representative to the presidential and every office in between. I have worked in Utah, Pennsylvania, and New Hampshire. Working for Kamala Harris in New Hampshire in particular, I learned how to build volunteer networks, talk with undecided voters, and increase candidate visibility in ways that proved key in winning the only battleground state that went blue in 2024. Now, I am bringing that unique expertise to Utah to help win elections and lay the groundwork to turn the Beehive State into the next battleground state.
